SAN PEDRO HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1995 REUNION EVENT POSTPONED

With great sadness and frustration, the San Pedro High School Class of 1995 Alumni Committee has decided to POSTPONE our “20 Year Reunion” that was planned for October 24, 2015. The reunion is not canceled but postponed until January 16, 2016. The 20 Year Reunion will not be this weekend October 24, 2015 on the USS Iowa. The 20 Year Reunion Dinner will be on January 16, 2016, 6pm to 10pm at Raffaello Ristorante, 400 S Pacific Ave, San Pedro, CA 90731. We would like to thank the alumni and guests who purchased tickets.

Along with the date change comes a change of venue and a new LOWER price. All tickets sold at the original price are valid for the new date. We will contact all ticket purchasers directly regarding a refund for the difference in ticket price change. We are currently in the process of finalizing all these changes/updates and we plan to have the details posted by Friday October 23, 2015.

WHY is the reunion postponed until January?

I am sure you guessed it, unfortunately we had a low amount of tickets sold and because it is so close to the holidays, January is the next best time. 

We are planning the more intimate “20 Year Reunion” with the  same quality and we are making sure that the event will occur in January 2016 no matter how many tickets are sold. We will have a blast. There will be great food, music, and other surprises.

BELOW IS THE OLD EVENT!

WOW!!! 20 Years have past since we graduated from San Pedro High School, in 1995.

We gathered for a 10 year reunion, combined with class of 1994, for a very fun and memorable event. Our class had (has) so much school spirt that alumni contacted me about a 15 Year reunion. A small group of us met at Raffaello's Restaurant and we had a blast. Funds are always tight when you have groups like ours. So no invites went out. We are working solely on social media to get the word out. 

We need your help on spreading the word for the 20 Year Reunion. No mailed invites or announcements will be sent to alumni. We will do our best to keep ticket prices low. Social Media, Flyers, Signs, and news paper ads will be the outreach. 

Planning a reunion or any event can be a challenge because people wait till last minute to buy tickets and it hard to gage the number of alumni attending. Some people don't want to attend or on the fence. My thoughts are to have a reunion not like the typical way.  Let's be at a cool venue and atmosphere. Make it feel worth the time and the money.
So, our reunion will be the first ever to hold a class reunion at this exclusive venue. 

THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED TO JAN 16 2016

On October 24, 2014, 3pm and 10 pm the San Pedro High School Class of 1995, 20 year reunion will be held aboard the battleship, U.S.S. IOWA, Berth 87 San Pedro. 

DETAILS.....Class of 1995 will be the first to hold a reunion at this venue.
